Ring Sizing Guide
Every Hollow Bones piece is made to order — your size is everything. Take a little care here and your ring will fit perfectly from the moment it arrives.
How to Find Your Size
Method 1 — String or Paper Strip
Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around the base of the finger you intend to wear the ring on. Mark the point where it overlaps. Lay it flat against a ruler and measure the length in millimetres. Use the chart below to find your size.
Method 2 — Existing Ring
Place a ring that fits well flat on a ruler and measure the internal diameter in millimetres. Match it to the chart below.
Method 3 — Visit a Local Jeweller
Any jeweller can size your finger in under a minute. This is the most accurate method and we always recommend it for statement or wider-band pieces.

A Few Things Worth Knowing
- Fingers swell. Measure at the end of the day or after light activity when your fingers are at their largest.
- Wider bands fit tighter. If you are ordering a wide signet or band ring, consider going half a size up.
- Dominant hand fingers are slightly larger. Measure the specific finger on the specific hand you intend to wear it on.
- Cold fingers are smaller. Avoid measuring in cold weather — warm your hands first.
Resizing
All Hollow Bones rings are cast in sterling silver and can be resized by a qualified jeweller. Heavily textured or fully engraved pieces may have limits on how far they can be adjusted. If you are unsure, reach out to us before ordering — we are always happy to advise.
We do not offer a free resizing service on delivered pieces, so please take the time to measure carefully.
